TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overview: Below are the terms and conditions for passengers, in relation to journeys conducted by Asitr Chauffeurs Ltd.

  • Passengers will comply with the following whilst on board 

-No more than 4 passengers in one vehicle or 8 passengers in a Mercedes V Class

-No smoking

-No spillage or littering in the vehicle

-No distractions to the driver whilst on the road

-No hazardous objects to be brought into the vehicle

  • Astir Chauffeurs Ltd (Operator) reserves the right to refuse luggage and or other property which is deemed to unsafe by the driver and or appropriate operator.

  • A contract between the appropriate operator and passenger(s) will be viable once the operator allocates the passenger(s) booking to an Astir Chauffeur Ltd driver, and the booking is accepted by the appropriate operator.

  • All passenger(s) have the right to contact and speak to the operator at operating hours, including during their booking time and beyond. This is in regard to any inquiry, complaint or anything else.

  • Passenger(s) may be asked to pay prior to the journey, subject to eligibility.

  • The passenger reserves the right to cancel the booking up to 24 hours prior to the journey, any period after will result in cancellation fees.

  • All passengers are to be provided with an e-receipt of their journey.

  • Airport pickup has a grace period of up to 50 minutes after landing, after which late fees will be applied to the passenger.

  • No credit/debit card details will be stored, all personal information will remain safe.

We will collect, use, and store all your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998 and your rights under that Act.
